• Web development and design services, including website creation, maintenance, and optimization
• Consulting and support for digital projects as agreed upon in project contracts

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion
• Obtain necessary permissions or licenses for content provided to us
• Make timely payments as outlined in project agreements

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive license to use the completed project deliverables. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, and methodologies.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except as required by law.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement for material breach, with written notice and a 30-day cure period. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.
