Before choosing a layout, we decide what each page needs to say and what visitors should do next. Your actual services, photographs and project examples shape the design. The site should be understandable on a phone and straightforward to keep current.
What the work includes.
The proposal names the deliverables for your project. This is the starting scope for this service.
- One-page website: up to 5 agreed sections, mobile layout and contact form.
- Business website: 3–5 agreed pages, mobile layout, contact form and basic page titles and descriptions.
- A design review before the build is finalized, with 2 rounds of design revisions.
- Checks of the agreed navigation, inquiry route and key layouts before launch.

Content and scope
Share your business information, existing website and examples you like. We agree on pages, functionality and who supplies the content.
Design and build
Review the design, then the working site. Feedback is collected in writing so changes are clear.
Launch and handoff
We check the agreed functionality, prepare the site for launch and explain where it lives and how future changes will be handled.
Price, scope and separate costs.
Starting prices assume you supply the text and images. Hosting, domains, paid tools, copywriting, online payments, booking systems, membership features and complex integrations are separate. A proposal gives you the actual price for your site; a starting price is not an unlimited package.
Your proposal confirms the deliverables, revision allowance, responsibilities and schedule. If the work changes, we agree on the additional scope before proceeding.
Questions about web design & development.
Static HTML or WordPress?
That depends on who will edit the content and how often it changes. I can recommend a suitable approach after reviewing your needs rather than choosing a platform before understanding the project.
How long does it take?
A small site may take around 1–2 weeks once the scope and content are ready. A multi-page site or additional features may take longer. Your proposal sets the project-specific timeline.
How do payments work?
The usual arrangement is 50% to start and 50% after approval, before launch. Two rounds of design revisions are included; extra work is agreed separately.
Can you improve what I already have?
Yes. Send the URL and describe the problem. A focused repair or redesign may be more appropriate than replacing everything.
