A cheaper plan needs a smaller scope. The monthly allowance is up to 30 minutes total for agreed edits and basic checks, rather than the previous four-hour package. Requests come by email so we can confirm what fits before using the allowance.

Price, scope and separate costs.
Hosting, domains, subscriptions, paid plugins, redesigns, new pages, security incident recovery and custom development are separate. Backups, WordPress/plugin updates and monitoring are included only if explicitly named in the written scope; they are not implied by the plan title. No 24/7 or emergency response promise is included.
Your proposal confirms the deliverables, revision allowance, responsibilities and schedule. If the work changes, we agree on the additional scope before proceeding.

What does the monthly allowance cover?
The $39/month starting scope covers up to 30 minutes total for agreed content edits and basic checks. Larger changes are quoted separately before work begins.
Is hosting included?
No. Hosting, domain renewals and other third-party costs remain separate.
What if I need more time?
We agree on an additional quote before work beyond the allowance begins. A larger recurring scope can be discussed if the smaller plan is not enough.
How are billing and unused time handled?
The written care agreement specifies billing, cancellation, scheduling and treatment of unused time before you sign up.
